The Downtown Hampton Development Partnership

The Downtown Hampton Development Partnership (DHDP) was established in 1996 to manage the Business Improvement District (BID). The BID encompasses more than 350 businesses and property owners. The DHDP is committed to enhancing the physical beauty, commercial vitality and distinguished character of Downtown Hampton. Through innovative arts initiatives, special events and cooperative marketing programs, the Partnership plays a vital role in the viability of Downtown Hampton.
