The Block Party provides live music in Downtown Hampton Saturdays throughout the summer. This is a great opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal from one of the nearby restaurants and hear some of the best regional bands in our area!

All concerts take place on Saturdays from 6:00-10:00pm. Alcohol and food will be available from 6:00pm-9:30pm. The Band will perform from 6:30pm-9:30pm. The stage is located at the Grassy lot on Kings Way at the intersection by Queens Way. R2Z Entertainment and Photography will be the on-site DJ every week. Rain cancelations will be determined by noon on the day of the concert.

Block Party Guidelines 2024

Block Party Dos:

  • You must have a physical ID present to obtain a 21+ wristband and purchase alcoholic beverages.

  • You must keep a 21+ wristband on at all times, if drinking alcoholic beverages during the event. 

  • Children (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

  • Bring blankets and lawn chairs for seating.

  • Carry your alcoholic beverage throughout the designated event area (highlighted in yellow).

  • Purchase up-to two(2) beverages per person, per transaction. 

  • Bring pets on leash. 

Block Party Don’ts:

  • DO NOT bring in outside food, non- alcoholic or alcoholic beverages. This includes water.

  • DO NOT bring personal cups (Stanley, Yeti, etc) into the event area. 

  • DO NOT bring in coolers, hard or soft. 

  • DO NOT take alcoholic beverages outside of the designated event area.
